Exercise For Ptosis Are There Eye Exercises For Ptosis?

Are there eye exercises for ptosis? - exercise for ptosis

I have mild upper eyelid ptosis of one of my eyes. Are there any successful rehabilitation exercises that can strengthen the muscle and lift the lid than the normal amount? It's boring and unattractive. Thanks for any help.

  1. Yes, you can try to strengthen the levator palpebrae superioris.

First you close your eyes. Then place two fingers closed on the upper eyelids. Hold on tight and then try to open my eyes, but keep holding tightly closed eyes with the index. He must try to feel the tension, open the lids against the resistance of the fingers. Count of 6 seconds, then release. Repeat this 20 times per day.
