ReplyDeleteI seriously doubt that these people their dogs by a veterinarian, which means he will probably not be left to themselves. The "how" part that worries me. There must be a violation of health, which they do not bury dogs. Maybe you try to call your local community health?

ReplyDeleteOr are they paid (not much), perhaps nothing, to give their "failures". You can then give the dogs a good life, or return to their homeland. If you sell, you would benefit ... a little. It would pay for food and other things they needed.
